Booking a Rally!

Booking on a Yorkshire Dales Centre Rally

To comply with GDPR, the home addresses of rally and assistant marshals, event organisers, and committee members cannot be published.

Permission to publish individual personal photographs will be sought from the person in question, parent, or guardian.

We extend a warm welcome to all centre members and visitors and look forward to meeting you at our rallies.

Guidelines for booking a rally.

We now have our online booking system, which can be found on our website.

Simply log in to the YDCC website YDCC.co.uk and choose the tab at the top of the page 2025 Rally Programme.

This will take you to our quick look rally programme for the year, a downloadable PDF. You can download it and print it, or you can view it by simply clicking on it.

If you then want to book a rally hit the BOOK NOW button below, and this will take you to our booking system.

Once in the booking system, the schedule of rallies will appear down the left-hand side, and the details of the highlighted Rally will appear on the right-hand side of the page.

At the bottom of the rally details, information on the right-hand side is the price; simply push the blue select button, and the system will then take you to the booking page for that event. Press select, and the details of the event will appear with a green BOOK NOW button at the bottom of the page.
Hit the BOOK NOW button and complete the required information.

Once you have filled in all the relevant information and chosen how you are going to pay, then the booking will be made, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Preferred payment is bank transfer using the account detail on your booking confirmation. This needs to be done 7 days ideally before the rally commences.

Cancelling the booking can be done by opening your confirmation email and hitting the cancellation button, which will then take you back into the booking system, where you can cancel your booking.
