Please book your place online via our rally booking system. There is no charge for this event we are merely
using the booking system to understand the numbers looking to attend
Please also note that you need to be a member of the centre 35 days prior to date of the AGM if you would
like to speak and/or vote

2022 Annual General
Meeting
Dear Members,
We look forward to seeing those that have booked onto our AGM, Sunday 13th March 2022 at
Eldwick Memorial Hall, Otley Road, Eldwick, Bingley BD19 3EQ.
Although Covid19 is still with us we are intending to hold our normal AGM in person with
the relevant social distancing protocals in place so please come and join us.
We are asking people to book a place through our online booking system. We can assist
those who are maybe unfamiliar with the booking system if required. If you need help please contact the secretary on 07702019003.
We currently have a very small committee consisting of 6 members most of whom will be standing again at the forthcoming AGM. However, we do need
assistance.
We are looking for Yorkshire Dales members who are passionate about the centre and would like to help keep the centre going
over the next few years. Without more volunteers to fill our roles within the committee and Rally Marshalls to help run the rallies, there
is
a real danger the centre could become unsustainable.
II therefore ask all members to consider how they can help support the centre and if they could spare a few hours a week/month to assist.
IWe look forward to seeing as many of you as can attend at our Centre AGM.

You can register to attend this event via our new online booking system. Once registered you will receive
information via email.
Notices of Motion
Notices of motion signed by the proposer must be received by the centre secretary at least 35 days before the
A.G.M. via email secretary@ydcc.co.uk Postal Notices will be accepted if addressed to the secretary and sent to
51 Tulyar Court, Bingley, BD16 3ND (Deadline Midnight 07th Feb 2022)
Nominations
Nominations for Executive Office or Committee signed by proposers and nominees must be received in writing by
the Centre Hon. Secretary not later than 14 days before the meeting. secretary@ydcc.co.uk Postal Nominations
will be accepted if addressed to the secretary and sent to 51 Tulyar Court, Bingley, BD16 3ND (Deadline
Midnight 27th February 2022)

Previous Minutes
Minutes of the 2021. A.G.M. will be available to email from the Centre Secretary 30 days before the meeting.
(Minutes will be available from 9 am on Saturday 12th February 2022). Applications by post must be accompanied
by an A4 size S.A.E.
A full agenda will be presented at the meeting. Current Membership Cards must be shown before voting
can be undertaken. Only Full, Joint or Family Members registered at least 35 days before the A.G.M. with
the Yorkshire Dales Centre will be allowed to vote or speak at the meeting.
